As a member-driven cooperative, your involvement in the success of CreekSide Co-op is critical.  At this point in time, the #1 thing we need help with is membership!  Getting the word out to as many people & businesses as possible will help us achieve our target of 750 household memberships.

We need members to host "HOUSE PARTIES" where you invite your friends & neighbors to your home & members of the CreekSide Board come and discuss the benefits of membership.  We need volunteers to canvas all of the local businesses in the area, and get as many as possible to place CreekSide Co-op flyers in their windows or hand them out to their customers.  We need volunteers to canvas their own neighborhoods and place "Door-Tags" on every house! We need volunteers to hand-out flyers at Township, civic & religious events!  We need volunteers to hand-out flyers at the Melrose Park, Elkins Park & Jenkintown train stations during rush hour!

One thing that is needed right now is someone with a significant amount of free time to help the Communications Chair as a "Volunteer Coordinator."  This person would help us manage the calendar of events, coordinate the volunteers that are distributing flyers & door-tags, uncover additional opportunities to promote CreekSide Co-op, etc.
