If CreekSide Co-op fails to open its doors, or goes out of business after the doors have been opened, whatever funds remain after paying off debts & loans will be distributed back to the members based upon the equity put into CreekSide Co-op (on a % basis).  While we do not anticipate this happening, it is a risk that you need to know.  It is also important to know that as members, the MOST you can be at risk is your membership equity contributions and no more.  Please invest what you feel comfortable risking from your own family budget.

Once CreekSide Co-op is a thriving, profitable venture, your membership equity payments are refundable if you choose to leave the Co-op (for example, if you relocate out of the area).

No refunds will be given to any member except under the circumstances and conditions defined above.
